- To provide and improve the Petiqo service
- To send reminders for vaccinations, medications, and vet visits
- To show relevant pet-friendly places and events near you
- To send lost and found alerts in your area
- To personalise your experience based on your pet profiles
4. Third Party Services
- We use Supabase for secure data storage
- We use OpenAI to power AI features including the symptom checker and training coach
- We use Google Maps to display pet-friendly locations
- We use OneSignal to send push notifications
- We use Amazon UAE and Noon affiliate programs — clicking product links may earn us a small commission
- These services have their own privacy policies which we encourage you to review

We take data security seriously and use industry-standard encryption to protect your information. However no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account.

Petiqo is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
